Different types of stem cells are studied and used for different scientific and medical purposes

Adult or Tissue-Specific Stem Cells

Adult stem cells are found in various tissues of the body and contribute to tissue maintenance and repair. Their differentiation potential is generally more limited than that of pluripotent stem cells.

Mesenchymal Stromal/Stem Cells

Mesenchymal stromal/stem cells, commonly referred to as MSCs, have been extensively studied in regenerative medicine. Research has examined their interactions with surrounding cells, signaling activity and potential effects on immune and tissue processes.

Embryonic Stem Cells

Embryonic stem cells have broad differentiation potential and are primarily important in biomedical research. Their use also involves specific ethical and regulatory
considerations.

Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells

Induced pluripotent stem cells, or iPSCs, are mature cells that have been reprogrammed in a laboratory to a pluripotent state. They are widely studied for disease modelling, drug research and potential future therapeutic applications.

Stem cell therapy does not follow exactly the same procedure for every patient. Treatment planning depends on the diagnosis, treatment objective, cell source and clinical protocol.

Medical Evaluation

The process begins with an assessment of the patient’s medical condition.
The medical team may review the diagnosis, medical history, previous treatments, medications, overall health and treatment objectives.
This evaluation helps determine whether a particular stem cell-based approach should be considered.

Treatment Planning

Once the patient’s condition has been evaluated, the proposed treatment approach can be discussed.
Factors may include the type and source of cells, treatment objective, route of administration, treatment schedule and available evidence for the specific condition.

Cell Collection or Sourcing

Depending on the treatment approach, cells may be obtained from the patient’s own body or from another appropriate source.
Different cell sources have different characteristics, so the choice of cell source should be linked to the specific treatment protocol.

Cell Processing and Preparation

Where applicable, cells undergo preparation or processing according to the treatment protocol.
The specific laboratory procedures depend on the type of cells being used and their intended application.

Administration

The prepared cells or cell-based product are administered using the method specified by the treatment protocol.
Depending on the therapy, administration may involve an injection, infusion or another delivery method.

Follow-Up and Monitoring

Follow-up forms an important part of medical care after treatment.
The patient’s clinical response, symptoms, functional changes and any potential adverse effects can be monitored according to the individual treatment plan.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Madhav Rayate and his incredible team at Devine Hospital in Mumbai. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a genuinely positive, compassionate, and professional culture that immediately put us at ease.
Dr. Rayate is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything with clarity and patience. As a mother, I felt deeply respected, heard, and supported throughout our journey. Every question I had was answered with care, and every concern was taken seriously.
What truly stood out was how Dr. Rayate and his staff went above and beyond to ensure my child, and our family, felt comfortable, safe, and supported. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our needs made an overwhelming process feel manageable and hopeful.
We will definitely be back, and I am so excited and hopeful as we begin to see the results of my child’s treatment. India, Dr. Rayate, and his entire team truly have my heart.
Thank you for the compassion, dedication, and excellence you show every single day.

Highly recommend, staff was very attentive and professional. The process was discussed in detailed. As far as the anti aging benefits; it has only been a couple days so it's still too early, I will update in a few weeks.

To treat my 6-year-old autistic son, I visited the divine multispecility hospital in Nabimumbai, India. I met Madhav Rayate and treated the thief and returned to Nepal. The stay at the hospital was 6 days. Thank you very much to all the hospital families who helped me during that period. I believe my son will be fine.

I highly recommend Dr. Madhav Rayate, his associates and the caring staff. Please reach out with all your medical questions. He is a genuinely kind, caring, and highly educated person.

I received the regenerative stem cell treatment. It was done in a med spa facility with the comfort closer to a resort than a hospital. While there were medical procedures and guidelines to follow, as much attention is paid to your comfort and happiness. And, I am a terrible patient. Even one of my closest friends who is a doctor has said this. This review will cover the doctors, staff, and facility, my experiences and results, those things you just do not talk about money and ugly stereotypes.

Every person at the hospital was pleasant. I have continued corresponding with some and would love to host them if they or their children come to my area. They are very open to interact and have conversations on many different subjects. I did not initially discover all this, as I am not always so. They will follow your lead. During this time, I was met with flowers and the delivery of any foods and drinks that might help (I have issues). The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, private bath, large TV with streaming and cable package, a setting area, and then an adjoining living room dining area. The hospital is next to a lovely park giving a beautiful view. There is a kitchen on site that does to order and is competent in multiple cuisines as well as the option of delivery services. The hospital also embraces Ayurvedic treatments, and offers but does not push exposure to full packages. The doctors also helped me find other specialists for my issues. I can tell you my experience with Dr Rayate is well above the standard Indian experience.

The treatment was nowhere as unpleasant as I had been led to believe by others who had done similar in the US. I barely had any issues with the medications to prepare. The staff is sensitive to that. There was some stiffness to the hip. My skin wound that had not healed in more than half a year turned red and started to heal within days of the procedure. I found my joints movement and digestive issues due to an autoimmune disease have been turned back a few years. My ability to walk has quadrupled. My neck injury still requires surgery- but that is something that even with surgery will be an issue. To be clear, it was always known that it would likely be beyond this. I find the ease of movement and hours added back to my week well worth the investment.

Now onto the subject of money. The price quoted is the price. It is all inclusive. It includes your stem cells, not a sham treatment. I can say that is not true of the public hospitals. Due to family issues and global issues, I have been researching and watching this for some time. In this time I have seen one clinic with a cheaper price be accused of and admitting that they did not give stem cells, instead they performed “dry needling.” I can say I received an excellent experience with results for the price quoted. I was heavily discouraged from going to India. The experience was worth the journey which I found very difficult due to my condition. Even with this, I would recommend it. I was able to walk in many areas, enjoy the food with no issue, and did not have breathing difficulties.
